ListLab engineers take privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy applies to information collected by ListLab through our website (listlab.io) and other ListLab built software. (Collectively referred to as the Apps) This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, receive, use, store, share, transfer, and process your personal information. If you do not agree with the data practices described in this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Apps.
When you create an account or login using your Facebook or Google accounts, you will provide information that could be personal information, including your email email address, user id, and name. In doing so, you aknowlege that ListLab will be able to identify you and you may not be anonymous.
Some of ListLab services and features are optionally public-facing, including shared lists. If your content is public-facing, third parties may access and use it in compliance with our Terms of Service. We do not sell this content; it is yours. In some cases, third parties may access or modify this content anonymously, meaning their viewership or modifications will not be personally identifiable and will not be attributed to them.
When you view content provided by us, we automatically collect information about your computer hardware and software. This information can include your IP address, the pages viewed on our site, clickstream data, access times and referring website addresses. This information is used by ListLab to provide general statistics regarding use of the Apps so we can improve them. This is information we collect from every visitor to the Apps, whether they have an Account or not. This information may include User Personal information.
Like most online operators, we collect information from cookies. There are a few reasons we do this: 1) To keep you logged in. 2) To remember your preferences. 3) To identify your device for additional security. 4) To help us understand how people use the Apps. At this time, we do not share information with any third party advertisers.

You have the right to be forgotten. If you wish to delete your Account and all Personal Information from ListLab, you can do so by emailing support@listlab.io. We aim to make this process quick and easy, but due to the gravity of account deletion, you may be asked to provide additional verification.
ListLab uses a variety of industry standard security measures to protect Personal Information against loss, theft and unauthorized use, disclosure, or modification. However, no Internet, email, or mobile application transmission is ever fully secure or error free, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security. You should not use the Apps to transmit or store highly sensitive information such as (but not limited to) health information, government identification, passwords, sensitive documents and communcations.
We cannot guarentee malitious parties will never be able to defeat our security measures or the security measures of our service providers. WE ASSUME NO LIABILITY FOR DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION DUE TO TRANSMISSION ERRORS, THIRD-PARTY ACCESS OR CAUSES BEYOND OUR CONTROL.
