These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your use of ListLab ("the Application") provided by ListLab ("the Company," "we," or "us"). By accessing or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Application.
1. Use of the Application
1.1. The Application allows you to store and manage your tasks, to-do lists, and projects. You can also choose to share them with other individuals.

7.2. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. By continuing to use the Application after any changes, you accept and agree to the modified Terms.
8. Paid Features and Subscriptions
8.1. The Application is currently free to use. However, the Company reserves the right to introduce paid features, premium plans, or subscription options in the future.
9. Limitation of Liability
9.1. The Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use or inability to use the Application, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
